Both of us really enjoyed working with Omar and with his help we were able to purchase our first home. He made this complicated process smooth and problem free for us and we would strongly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home! The first time we met Omar he spent time with us going through the entire home buying process and the various steps involved. Being first time home buyers this was important for us as we didn’t know what was involved and his thorough and patient explanation put us at ease. He quickly understood our preferences and pointed us to homes that fit our criteria. He came with us to several open homes and also scheduled visits and accompanied us to houses that didn’t have open homes or those that we wanted to see again. Because of his experience with houses in the area he was able to advise us about the pros and cons of a particular house both in terms of internal construction and also based on the area. He has a good idea of the market and the value of houses we were bidding on. His suggestions for offers to put in were very close to what houses actually sold for. I really appreciate the fact that he set up documents to be e-signed as this saved me several trips and I was able to sign documents while at work or on my mobile if I was on the road. Once our offer was accepted, Omar helped throughout the Escrow process. He worked directly with our lender and the escrow company and took care of all the paperwork. He was always looking out for our best interests and was always available to answer our questions (even after office hours). He is very pleasant, trustworthy, easy to talk to and communicate with and we felt very comfortable with him. Overall, we feel lucky to have had Omar as our agent!

The decision to sale my home was by far the hardest decision I had to make.
